Navigating tight spaces:

Cornerstone model unit was the first of many I was given design control over. Due to its unique layout this became an exciting space planning exercise. The units color story was derived from the geometric painting (seen above the sofa). Copper accents add a pop of color to complement the navy color story and ebony wood tones.

Alongside designing this model unit for New York commuters and Farmingdale locals, countless other units have been designed/co-designed for residential buildings during my time at the Childs Dreyfus Group. Testing my ability to create personalized designs that increase renter occupancy and a return on client investment.
